Our beginning

Born from the storm. Built for what comes next.

Red Dirt Recovery was founded after the April 23 Enid F4 tornado—when the need for local coordination did not end with the storm.

Recovery is more than cleanup. It is neighbors navigating unfamiliar systems, organizations stretching limited resources, and communities making decisions that shape the next chapter. We exist to help that work move with clarity, dignity, and purpose.
